I used a dry cleaner in the neighborhood for a very long time. I thought they were pricey, but they just happened to be on the right side of the street when I left for work each day. :)

I just wasn't satisfied with their quality. Lapels and pants legs weren't creased correctly, and the clothes just didn't have a "crisp" feel. I kept seeing your trucks go by, and finally decided to write down the phone number. I've been SOOOOOOOOOOOOO pleased with my clothes. They actually feel like they've been dry-cleaned. And for no more money. And with the coupons you send, it's even cheaper! Besides that, the convenience of home-pick-up and delivery can't be matched.

I love clothes doctor because they have by far done the best job in dry cleaning my clothes of any other dry cleaners I have used. (By the way... I have not used a different dry cleaner in 5 years). Additionally, they have excellent customer service and their staff always addresses me by name. It makes me feel as if my business is appreciated.

I love you so much for a couple of reasons:

1. You do a great job cleaning my clothing - you manage to have a balance between cleaning delicate clothing and not destroying it.
2. While I haven't been as frequent a customer as I was in the past, the staff always remembers my name. I walked in the door after being gone for nearly a year and I was welcomed and remembered. That is customer service you just don't see every day. I shop at the same Publix every week (and often more) and many of the employees I see barely recognize me week after week. You guys are awesome and amazing!

My husband and I Love you because you have made my busy life a whole lot easier. I just leave the Red Laundry Bag at the front door on Monday and our Laundry is cleaned and brought back to us on Thursday.
